ELIKA's staff is currently made up of a multidisciplinary
team of nine persons from different academic backgrounds (food technologists, pharmacists,
biologists, veterinarians, jurists and agricultural engineers), with extensive experience
in agro-food safety at different stages of the agro-food chain. |
